Join our Platform Design team in this B2B2C role to transform how companies deliver credit (personal loans, BNPL, etc.) through personalized and instantaneous experiences to customers. The engine behind this transformation is FinBox's low-code tool and an API platform that empowers companies to quickly release new world-class products to their customers in months instead of years.
## About the Job
Senior Product Designers focus on delivering best-in-class experiences to customers by translating user insights and product strategy into products that transform the way work gets done. From reimagining business workflows, user interfaces, developing concepts, and crafting new interactions and components, you will be bringing simplicity, transparency, and delight to the complex, confusing industry of consumer finance - to end customers and companies both.
As a Senior Product Designer, you're exceptional in design craft and are keenly interested in translating complexities into streamlined experiences that accommodate technical and non-technical users alike. On the Platform Design team, you will be responsible for digging deep into the technical aspects of the platform and aligning them with our customers' goals through the design lens. You're a hands-on designer and well-versed in executing end-to-end: from product discovery, user research, and interaction design to visual execution.
This is a Senior level Product Design role (Not Visual/Graphic/Brand Design and only candidates in Bangalore are eligible
## How You'll Contribute
Design experiences that transform how users interact with the FinBox platform, Data Products, and APIs
Challenge the status quo of current experiences and constraints, constantly pushing the boundaries and helping define the standards of a modern low-code builder, API platform and Credit Intelligence products
Lead projects & initiatives — helping define strategy and user experience vision through cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to develop best-in-class experiences
Harness your interaction and visual design skills to build obsessively well-thought-out work
**Who You Are**
5+ years experience doing design full-time / a portfolio demonstrating exceptional quality in product design
Proactive and resourceful self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can make decisions with imperfect data
Enjoy digging into the technical details that power any given user experience
Comfortable with every stage of the design cycle, from user research to prototyping to next-generation ideation
A systems thinker eager to transform manual processes by defining where and how user experiences should materialize
A strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator that can balance engineering, customer, and product tradeoffs with user needs
You have SaaS flair but, also appreciate consumer journeys for digital lending
