To do this effectively and at scale, we need to reimagine how banking works. We need a solid API standard for the seamless distribution of financial services and products; this is exactly what we do here at FinBox.

At FinBox you will be redesigning the banking rails for the world.

We are a passionate team of hackers, tinkerers, and builders on a mission to bring financial services to the next billion Indians. The infrastructure for the distribution and access of financial services in India is broken and we are fixing it one API at a time.

What you will do:
  • Manage phone calls and correspondences such as email, letters, packages, etc
  • Handling book-keeping procedures and budgets in a fast pace environment with precision
  • Creation and updation of the databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of onboarding kits, office supplies and make sure they are in accordance with office needs and place orders when necessary
  • Handle System requirements (hardware and software)
  • Provide efficient IT support with monitoring and maintenance of IT servers along with troubleshooting
  • Perform diagnostics test and debugging to optimise computer performance along with
    security protocol and procedure to prevent potential threats
  • Coordinate on travel and accommodation arrangements

What you should bring in:
  • 2+ years of experience in office setting, IT admin as well as in device procurement and
  • Having a knack of experiences in handling and maintenance of office, financial planning,
    record keeping, billing, physical distribution and logistics in an organisation accurately
  • Ability to upgrade, install and configure software and hardware; manage network servers
    and technology tools; troubleshoot issues and outages; ensure security through
    access control, backup and firewalls; documenting process and archiving data
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to deal with both internal and external
    conversations of the organisation  
  • Excellent time management skill to meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge in office management computer programs such as MS office
    softwares, e-mail along with phone systems that involve the office and IT administration
  • A knack in Computer and laptop services in provision
